The Golden East Coast has the finest Climate on the island with glorious long Summer days and warm Summer nights and very short mild Winters.
The swimming season starts from late Easter and continues through the Summer well into November.
    
In the short Winter especially towards the end of January and February, are the best snowfalls on the Troodos Mountains and it is possible to Ski in the Mountains and Swim in the blue Mediterranean all in the same day. 

The wettest month can be February / early March, when the island explodes in a bloom of colour with Orange – Almond - Cherry and Peach blossoms and scents filling the air.  Garden flowers, especially Roses bloom all year round and with the striking colours of Bouganvilla and Hibiscus and the nights filled with the aromatic scents of Jasmine and Magnolia
