LOWEST PRICE PROMISE

Lords P&P International Promises that our published properties are the lowest price in the current market. We welcome all clients to research any of our properties with competitor agents. If proofed that a property is advertised with our competitors cheaper we promise to meet their price and offer further discount.
The comparison must be with exactly the same property (developer, development, design, plot size, cover size etc). We match the price the competitor displays to the general market, but not a negotiated or special price for particular individuals. We expect the property and service to be offered on equivalent terms, and so we take into account any ‘hidden extras' charged by the competitor, such as basic white goods or inspection trip costs.
We do not price match with estate agents which are not conventional shops, e.g. individual sellers/freelancers, or the Internet online registers. We do not match as these are not trading as licensed estate agents.
If Lords P&P International find a competitor within Cyprus selling the same property that we market, our price will be reduced to match. As a result all our customers benefit from the lower price, not only those who spot the difference.
Proof of price difference can be provided to Lords P&P International on date of Reservation Fee Payment and a Price Reduction can be given. Subject to evidence provided.
