Initerary Scedule - Free 5 Days Inspection Trips

Day 1:

• Collected from Airport and driven to Named Hotel
• During afternoon hours pick up from hotel and driven around to view various locations
• Evening dinner complimentary of Lords P&P International

Day 2:

• 9.30am collection from Hotel and taken to meet our developers’ representatives, to show you around various properties of interest
• Lunch complimentary of Lords P&P International, followed by further more viewings during afternoon.
• Returned to Hotel with appropriate property print outs, giving the chance to browse at your leisure during the evening

Day 3:

• 9.30am collection from Hotel with exact same procedure as previous day two.
• Evening dinner complimentary of Lords P&P International

Day 4:

• 9.30am collection from Hotel and an opportunity to meet with the C.E.O of Lords P&P International to discuss various legal matters, prior to contacting our Barristers for preparing all contracts, if appropriate.
• Arrange taking our clients to the bank to meet with our bankers, for opening the appropriate bank accounts needed: [1] Sterling Current A/C and [2] Sterling Savings A/C on high interest at 5% and a min 30 days notice of withdrawal
• Lunch complimentary of Lords P&P International
• Meet with the C.E.O of, Lords P&P International and our Barristers to arrange signing all appropriate contracts at the presence of our developers, if appropriate.
• During same day whilst having to sign the contracts , it will be necessary to pre-pay a reservation fee of minimum Euro Є 2,600 [ Approx. UK Sterling          ₤ 2,000 – N.B Visa Cards , or , Travellers Cheques - Not Accepted ]

Day 5:

• Collection from Hotel and taken to Airport for Return Flight to UK.
