COLLABORATING WITH LORDS P&P PRODROMOU HOLDINGS

 "  NON EXCLUSIVE BASIS AGREEMENT"

 

 
Affiliates Terms & Conditions


1. Our Affiliate Partners’, agree  to collaborate with Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings - on a NON EXCLUSIVE BASIS.

2. This appointment shall continue for a period of three (3) years from the date upon signing Agreement, after the elapse of which, this agreement shall automatically be  renewed unless terminated by both parties in writing.

3. This agreement gives the right to, Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings, also to collaborate with any other Affiliate Partner Agents .

4. Potential Affiliates wishing collaborating with Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings, should have at least a minimum five years expertise in the Real Estate Industry.

5. Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings, prefers our Affiliate Partners, based in the USA / UK / EU

6. Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings, will use their best efforts to market, all our Affiliate Partner’s properties, to and within the USA / UK / EU with a view of effecting sales thereof 


7. Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings,  shall refer potential buyers to, all our Affiliate Partners, (the “Reference”) through telephone, e-mail, fax, or, mail


8. Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings agree that in respect to arranging pre-booking their References, ‘‘Free Inspection Trips’’, they examined and provided relevant information, followed pre-registering such References full details to The Affiliate Partner


9.  Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings, undertake to pay a fee (the “Property fee”) to Our Affiliate Partners under the following circumstances:

 

9.1  A Reference materializes into success completion of sale ( the ‘’Sale’’ ) within six ( 6 ) months from the date that the Affiliate Partner provide and pre-register by e-mail full details of the Reference to Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings  followed by confirmed pre-booked success Inspection Trip.

 

9.2  The ‘Property Fee’ shall be shared either 50% - 50% or 30% - 70% in favour of the Prodromou Holdings Affiliate Partner, via direct clients introduced by Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings to the Affiliate Partner’s Main Country – such price to exclude VAT of the listed valued market property price ( if any ),  further such price to exclude additional reimbursements & hotel expenses ( if any ) upon success completion of sale , and , further such price to exclude additional costs of any extras ordered by the Purchaser ( if any ) .

 

9.3  The ‘Property Fee’ shall be shared 50% - 50%  via direct clients  introduced by the Affiliate Partner to Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings Main Country – such price to exclude VAT of the listed valued market property price ( if any ),  further such price to exclude additional reimbursements & hotel expenses ( if any ) upon success completion of sale , and , further  such price to exclude additional costs of any extras ordered by the Purchaser ( if any ) .

 

9.4  The ‘Property Fee’ shall be shared either 50% - 50%  or 30% - 70% in favour of the Prodromou Holdings Affiliate Partner, on the final selling price of the properties the Affiliate Partner is acting as Estate Agent ( Broker ) via direct clients introduced by Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings to the Affiliate Partner’s Main Country – such price to exclude VAT of the listed valued market property price ( if any ),  further such price to exclude additional reimbursements & hotel expenses ( if any ) upon success  completion of sale , and , further such price to exclude additional costs of any extras ordered by the Purchaser ( if any ) .

 
9.5  The ‘Property Fee’ shall be shared either 25% - 25%  or 15% - 15% of the Affiliate Partners' Referrals purchasing via Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings other Prodromou Holdings Affiliate Partners, thereby remaining either 50%  or 70% goes to the Selling Agent of relevant Country – such price to exclude VAT of the listed valued market property price ( if any ),  further such price to exclude additional reimbursements & hotel expenses ( if any ) upon success  completion of sale , and , further such price to exclude additional costs of any extras ordered by the Purchaser ( if any ) .

 

10. The 'Property Fee' shall be due and payable in full  to the Affiliate Partner and/or Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings , within seven ( 7 ) days upon receipt of 20% of the selling price by the Affiliate Partner and/or Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings ,  or when the Buyer’s Solicitor effecting the payment of 20% of the selling price on behalf of the Buyer gives notice of payment to the Affiliate Partner and/or Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings  .
