What are the Starting prices of properties?
The average 2 bedroom apartments start at €150,000
What are the other cost's involved?
As a guide, purchasers should allow around 5%-6% of the property's total purchase price to cover all closing costs.

How does the buying process work?
You will be required to pay a 'reservation fee' of approx €3500, this will freeze the price and withdraw the property from the market. Contracts of Sale are then arranged with your lawyer depositing them with the Land Registry. Stage payments follow as per contract.
