Initial Deposit of €2000 is a non-refundable reservation fee to secure your chosen property. |

The Customer is responsible for obtaining their own mortgage to cover 60% of property value, and for payment for all fees incurred in the arrangement of their Mortgage. Lords P&P Prodromou Holdings will assist you in obtaining a mortgage through Cyprus Banks - subject to status, but are in no way responsible, or can guarantee, a mortagage for the customer.

The Customer is responsible for all incurred fees at rate approximately 0.5% to 1% percent in regards to bank charges for arranging Mortgage.

The Customer is responsible for all Stamp Duties incurred in the purchase of their chosen property.
Examples of Stamp Duty costs are as follows; For properties up to the value of €170,000, incurs a stamp duty charge of €2.50 per thousand. For properties valued at €171,000 and over, incurs a stamp duty charge of €3.50 per thousand. |
